The Heart of Coaching team is thrilled that you’re interested in accepting our invitation to be a part of The Heart of Coaching Giveaway! This is by far the best giveaway event for the coaching industry and it’s because of people like you who are committed to giving back!

We are invested in supporting service professionals like you to build your business, inspire your clients and reach for your dreams. Having a great ‘list’ makes a difference and we’re excited to introduce YOU and your genius to an even wider audience!

Our intentions for The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Event

It goes with out saying that we want to create the BEST Giveaway Event EVER– with a focus on quality. And we want it to be super easy and successful for you too!

We believe in long-term relationships and we hope this will be just the beginning for us.

Not only will your subscribers gain access to some amazing gifts, (we are selective in who we invite) we have a proven track record of delivering new leads for our contributors.

What sets us apart

  • We limit the number of contributors. This reduces overwhelm for the people you send to the giveaway and they will opt-in for more gifts.
  • We rotate each gift so that everyone gets equal time at the top of the page. Our system is unique and sets us apart from other giveaways.

The contributor fee for this event is $225 (Early bird is $175) This covers the cost of setting up and managing the event. Once you pay your contributor fee you will be taken to a registration form, and this will secure your spot in The Heart of Coaching Giveaway.

    We are providing affiliate links for you to use when you promote the giveaway event and will be offering cash prizes for those who bring in the most opt ins! Woohoo!

  3. Gift Creation & Opt In Page Lab, Marcy will be offering two live Labs to brainstorm gift ideas, get feedback on your opt-in page and ask questions. Dates TBD.

The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Details

Please take a few moments to read through the information below to be sure that you are aligned, committed, and in full agreement to participate and get the word out about the Heart of Coaching Giveaway – so this venture is truly a win-win-win!

Promotion

The giveaway event will begin on February 6 and run through February 18.
Over the 12 day period you agree to send 3 solo emails and post on social media.

How it works

When you send a visitor to The Heart of Coaching Giveaway homepage, they will first register to be a part of the Giveaway event. Then they are taken to a page with all of the contributors’ free gifts. When they click the “Give me access” button on YOUR gift, they will be taken to YOUR opt-in page on YOUR website where they complete the process to both opt-in to subscribe to your mailing list and get their free gift. And voila, you have a new subscriber.

No immediate up-sells

During the Heart of Coaching Giveaway event 12 day period, we ask that you do not offer an up-sell to your new subscribers. You can however invite them to your facebook group or something else that is free. Once the event is over, we recommend you nurture your new subscribers before selling to them.

Your Responsibilities

Create a High-Quality Giveaway Offer

The more exciting and valuable the gifts we offer as a group the greater the buzz and interest we can generate.

And of course more “leads” for everyone. We are looking for gifts that address one of three areas of interest for coaches:

1) business building,
2) growing clients
3) personal/professional development.

Your contribution should offer a process, a tool, or educational information that can be downloaded or accessed online.

Submit Your Registration Form and Provide All Materials Requested

As soon as you pay your contributor fee you will be taken to a registration page.

Please submit that fee by December 21. We are capping the number of contributors so the sooner you commit, the sooner you secure your participation in the event.

Here’s what you will need for the registration form:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Business Name
  3. Best Email Address to reach you
  4. Best Phone Number to reach you
  5. Your Website
  6. Size of Email List
  7. Your payment to secure your spot in this fabulous event!
  8. What type of gift you will be providing

For now, we need a general topic, tentative title, and delivery method; ebook, audio recording, webinar, online program, etc.  The title and specifics can be finalized later, but we need an idea to avoid duplication.

Your Giveaway item will be given to EVERYONE who signs up. Not everyone will take you up on your gift, but it could be a lot of people, so be sure you are able to deliver.

Create an Opt-In + Thank you Page On Your Website

To receive your gift, visitors to the giveaway will come to your website. You will need to create:
1) An Opt-in page
2) A Thank you page where your gift can be accessed or downloaded.

Promoting the Giveaway

You agree to support the promotion of the Heart of Coaching Giveaway by sending a total of three (3) solo emails. We’ll provide short and compelling promotional emails you can tailor for your community and send during the Heart of Coaching Giveaway event. We encourage you to personalize the promotional messages you send while maintaining the integrity of the sample communications provided.

You will also receive materials to promote The Heart of Coaching Giveaway on social media.
