Our intentions for The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Event

  1. To create the BEST Giveaway Event ever – with a focus on quality.
  2. We want to create relationships based on commitment, connection, respect, and co-creation.
  3. We want to make this an incredibly successful opportunity for our partners.
  4. We want to give back to the coaches and related professionals by providing them with valuable and exciting resources to help them grow themselves, their business, and their clients.
  5. We believe in long-term relationships and we hope this will be just the beginning for us.

Not only will your subscribers get a huge benefit from access to The Heart of Coaching Giveaway, but it’s also a proven way to develop new leads for your business. Results vary from person to person with an average of 748 new leads. We are also being very selective in who we invite, so you will be in good company.

What sets us apart

The size of your posting and the position of your gift makes a huge difference. We intentionally limit the screen space for each gift so that visitors don’t have to scroll so much to see everything AND we rotate each gift so that everyone gets equal time at the top of the page. Our system is unique which sets us apart from other giveaways.

The contributor fee for this event is $225. This covers the cost of setting up and managing the event. Once you pay your contributor fee you will be taken to a registration form, and this will secure your spot in The Heart of Coaching Giveaway.

Please take a few moments to read through the information in the Contributor Agreement to be sure that you are aligned, committed, and in full agreement to participate in and get the word out about the Heart of Coaching Giveaway – so this venture is truly a win-win-win!

Promotion

The giveaway event will begin on February 3 and run through February 19.
Your 3 solo emails and social media posts will need to go out during this time.

How it works

When you send a visitor to The Heart of Coaching Giveaway homepage, they will first register to be a part of the Giveaway event. Then they are taken to a page with all of the contributors’ free gifts. When they click the “Give me access” button on your gift, they will be taken to YOUR opt-in page on YOUR website where they complete the process to both opt-in to subscribe to your newsletter and get their free gift.  And voila, you have a new subscriber.

No immediate up-sells

During the Giveaway event period, we ask that you do not offer an up-sell to your new subscribers. Once the event is over, we recommend you nurture your new subscribers before selling to them.

Your Responsibilities

Create a High-Quality Giveaway Offer

The more exciting and valuable the gifts we offer as a group the greater the buzz and interest we can generate.

And of course more “leads” for everyone. We are looking for gifts that address one of three areas of interest for coaches: 1) business building, 2) growing clients and 3) personal/professional development. Your contribution should offer a process, a tool, or educational information that can be downloaded or accessed online.

Submit Your Registration Form and Provide All Materials Requested

As soon as you pay your contributor fee you will be taken to a registration page. Please submit that no later than September 30.  We are capping the number of contributors so the sooner you commit, the sooner you secure your participation in the event. We will follow up via email with the rest of the details we need from you.

Here’s what you will need for the registration form:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Business Name
  3. Best Email Address to reach you
  4. Best Phone Number to reach you
  5. Your Website
  6. Size of Email List
  7. Your payment to secure your spot in this fabulous event!
  8. What type of gift you will be providing
    – For now, we need a general topic, tentative title, and delivery method; ebook, audio recording, webinar, online program, etc.  The title and specifics can be finalized later, but we need an idea to avoid duplication.
    – The Giveaway item will be given to EVERYONE who signs up. Not everyone will take you up on your gift, but it could be a lot of people, so be sure you are able to deliver.

Create an Opt-In + Thank you Page On Your Website

To receive your gift, visitors to the giveaway will come to your website. You will need to create:
1) An Opt-in page
2) A Thank you page where your gift can be accessed or downloaded.

Email Your List +Post On Social Media

You agree to support the promotion of the Heart of Coaching Giveaway by sending a total of three (3) solo emails. We’ll provide short and compelling promotional emails you can tailor for your community and send during the Heart of Coaching Giveaway event. We encourage you to personalize the promotional messages you send while maintaining the integrity of the sample communications provided.

You will also promote The Heart of Coaching Giveaway on social media. This could be Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, or another platform that you use. Again, we’ll provide some sample posts to make this easy for you. The frequency and number of posts with which you promote the giveaway on social media is up to you.

Please be sure that you can commit to take action and supply all of the information listed by the dates below.

  • TIME TO PROMOTE “The Heart Of Coaching Giveaway”: from February 3 – February 19, 2022
  1. We will create The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Website and Giveaway pages.
    You will be able to see the webpage and review your information prior to the event’s start.
  2. We will showcase you on The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Contributors webpage.
    This means you and your great work will be in front of lots of new people who will be attracted to your message, community, and offer. We’re honored to be helping you share your brilliance.
  3. We will create a sample promotional copy for your email and social media communications for The Heart of Coaching Giveaway.
  4. We will offer tips for creating exciting titles and descriptions for your Giveaway items.
  5. The Event Organizers (Garry and Marcy) will also be providing a Giveaway item AND actively promote The Heart of Coaching Giveaway Event via promotional emails to their lists and social media before and during the event.

As the event organizers (Garry and Marcy), we will do everything in our power to ensure an exciting and successful event!

Important Note:

We want this to be the BEST Giveaway Event, Ever! We’d like to achieve this, not through the volume of giveaway items, but through the awesome QUALITY of the giveaway items. We will offer gifts that are HUGELY valuable to coaches – in building themselves, their businesses or their clients.
